I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, not far from the city center and with easy access to the Nottingham Greyhound stadium. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely garden and leisure area. The staff were exceptional, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and comfortable beds. The restaurant and bar area were also great, offering delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I enjoyed staying in this pleasant and peaceful hotel based in a historic building. Had en suite room with a most comfortable huge bed, beautiful views, for instance for a very nice stay. Immensely pleasant team, they made me feel welcome. All the services were terrific. The venue created a contemporary environment.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful hotel facilities, including a stunning fountain and a convenient parking space in this city. The location, right next to the racecourse, made it a perfect choice for us, and we enjoyed having breakfast at Byron's Brasserie. In addition, the staff was very friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyable experience. We also loved sitting outside near the lake, which was most comforting.

Great service and food at the brasserie, excellent value for money. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and high-quality fittings. Convenient location near the city center yet quiet.
Some issues with customer service, had to wait for change at check-in and no assistance with luggage. Request for a cold drink in the room was met with the need to go to the bar.

It was surely a really really nice stay for my friends wedding. The room was silent and the staff was efficient and pleasant! The hotel had a magnificent location right next to Nottingham Princess. The check-in was easy, I liked champagne bar.

Well, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a business trip. The hotel was in the central setting near the racecourse. It was also near to the beautiful lake, the gardens and town centre and central for other places. I was upgraded to a nicely decorated and well heated room.

I had a wonderful weekend break at a marvellous building with beautiful woodland and walks. The executive room I stayed in was massive, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The food was absolutely marvellous, and the staff made me feel very special as I was celebrating my wedding anniversary. Despite a big wedding happening, it didn't affect my stay at all. I would certainly stay again. I highly recommend this hotel.
